What is “Head for Heda 2024 Spring”? ?

A land surrounded by mountains on three sides and open to the sea.
The Toda district is located at the southern tip of Numazu City.
Here, the natural topography, rich natural environment, and local culture as a fishing town remain intact.

We want more people to know about this rare charm,
I want to keep it for a long time,
To that end, we who live in the town will become new leaders in the community.
We would like to work with everyone in the area to carry out activities that are rooted here.

“Head for Heda” started in 2023 with this feeling in mind.

The first time was held in July, when Mihama Beach opens, which is the busiest time of the year in Toda.
We want everyone to experience the beautiful scenery of Toda that changes from season to season, not just in summer.
We have decided to hold the event twice in 2024, in the spring and fall.

The main venue will be the beach in spring, and the mountain in autumn, and we will deliver the charm of each.

We hope that many people from within and outside the region will gather on this day.
We hope that this will be an opportunity to think together about the future of Toda.
